Fall Honey
This wildflower honey was harvested in October 2024 and made from the nectar of the fall blooms that the bees visited in my Stratford neighborhood. This honey is much darker, thicker, and bolder in flavor.
The honey is harvested from the beehives in my backyard, and extracted and jarred by me (Beekeeper Melissa). When you buy our Stratford neighborhood wildflower honey, you’ll know exactly where your honey comes from.
The flavor and color of the honey is determined by the nectars collected by my honey bees from the different flowers they visit (honey bees forage for up to 5 miles from their hives). I harvest in small batches so each of the harvests will reflect the florals blooming at that time.

Note about crystallization: All of our honey is raw honey, and has never been heated or filtered. There has been limited straining to remove the beeswax. Because of this our honey may crystallize quickly. Crystallized honey contains all the flavor and health benefits of raw honey, and, in fact, is a marker that our honey is 100% raw and unadulterated.
Late Summer / Early Fall Honey
This wildflower honey was harvested in September 2024 and made from the nectar of late summer and early fall blooms that the bees visited in my Stratford neighborhood. This honey has a deep red color, and has a bolder and richer flavor profile.
